Executive Coach Part 2 – Business development and growth coaching

Leading and growing a business is no mean feat in any climate – let alone a recession or in the absence of an executive coach.

The Chief Executives and business owners with whom I share my executive coaching skills benefit from my three decades of expertise as a master business strategist and ‘What if’ specialist, to engage them in an ongoing process that:

  • evaluates and controls the business and the industries in which the company is involved. This includes defining the company’s critical success factors – the things that set the business apart – to gain a clear competitive advantage over those who have not been advised by a business strategist
  • assesses its competitors and how they are benefiting from the business strategist’s guiding hand
  • sets goals and business strategies to meet all existing and potential competitors; executive coaching from a skilled business strategist can help to focus on these
  • assesses customer value by setting in place a process to find out what customers value now compared to what they valued 12 months ago. The assessment also unearths what they are willing to pay for
  • reassesses each strategy annually or quarterly [i.e. regularly] to determine how it has been implemented and whether it has succeeded or needs replacement by a new strategy to meet changed circumstances, new technology, new competitors, a new economic environment, or a new social, financial, or political environment

Working with me to develop these highly effective processes equips Chief Executives and business owners with powerful collateral to grow and develop their businesses and sustain a competitive advantage.
