The power of having a Chief Executive / Business Owner Mentor Part 1 – A Non-Exec who is not on an agenda

It’s lonely at the top especially when you do not have a non-exec director on board. Having a friend, philosopher and guide helps. 

You always wanted to be Chief Executive and now you realise that you need to talk freely to a non-exec with executive coaching skills who is impartial. In your current situation, your employer, Board, subordinates and investors probably all have vested interests.
